Ndifreke is the CEO and Chairman of Seapage, responsible for the implementation of the company policy. He has skills and knowledge essential for managing key areas of an organisation needed in the Ports and Shipping Sector. He has over 12years experience in the logistics, shipping and offshore industry.
He started his career with Maersk as a Deck Cadet which surged him to the peak of his career. He has formerly worked on Diving Support Vessels, Platform Supply Vessels and Anchor Handling Vessels with some recognised players in the industry such as Maersk, Bourbon Offshore Greenmar, Edison Chouest Offshore, Tide Water Marine, Bumi Armada Berhad, Thome Offshore Pte Ltd, CS Offshore, Lamnalco, Beneprojecti and PW Marine. Experience in Marine Safety & Security for vessels and offshore installation, ISM, Knowledge in Port operations and Strategy; International Trade and Logistics; Port Policy and Intermodalism; Strategic Management and Governance; International Shipping, International Trade and Law, International Logistics System and Marine Insurance
Ndifreke holds a Class 1 Master Mariner Certificate of Competency Deck Unlimited, MSc in Port Management from Liverpool John Moores University, UK, (BSc) in Shipping and Logistics from University of Plymouth UK, Full Dynamic Positioning Operator Certificate (Nautical Institute, UK) and Diploma in Nautical Science from Maritime Academy of Nigeria.
Capt. Ekerete, Christopher Peter
Position: Marine Advisor
Qualifications: HND (South Tyneside, UK), Diploma in Nautical Science (Nigeria), Uk Class 1 Master Mariner Unlimited Certificate of Competency and Dynamic Positioning Operator’s (DPO) Full Certificate, UK
Christopher is a marine advisor with Seapage and a UK trained Seafarer with Master (Class 1) UK licence and a Senior DPO. He has more than Eleven (11) years of experience working on offshore vessels supporting operations such as Drilling Operations, Rig Moves, Anchor Handling, Well Stimulation, Tanker Lifting (Static-towing), Mud-cutting operations and Methanol Transfer Operations.
He has also taken part in the day to day running of the ship, ensuring that company’s Safety Management System (SMS) is being adhered to Onboard the ship, Charterer’s programme for the vessel is safely conducted on a daily Basis. Other operations include; preparing the ship for Ship Surveys/Inspections, sea trials and DP trials (FMEA), Ship Dry-docking, crew training, supervising of Cargo Loading & Discharge, Security of the Ship, Ship Maintenance in line with Planned Maintenance System (PMS) of the company.
He stands for vessel owners during Charterer’s Vessel Audits, OVID Inspections, ISM/ISPS/MLC Inspections and Class Surveys as well as during Flag State and Port State Inspections. Christopher same as Ndifreke started his career prospect as a deck cadet with Maersk. However, most of his professional experience comes from notable names such as Tide Water Marine, Edison Chouest Offshore, Thome Offshore, CS Offshore and C& I leasing.
Nkoyo Ephraim Jeremiah
Position: Operations manager/Ship Broker
Qualifications: PGD, BSc.
Nkoyo is a Operations manager/Ship Broker working with Seapage. She has knowledge of computer science and networking. She has worked as a computer lecturer for 6 years before venturing into shipping business by attending conferences, training and seminars to handle the post of a ship broker.
Additionally, she has knowledge of vessel management, HR and the Maritime industry and able to encourage any trainees and effectively manage all crew base on the related budget and organise training and promotions for crew.
She is proficient in Microsoft Office and other software relevant to Crew Management. She holds BSc in Computer science from University of Uyo, Nigeria, PGD in Maritime Transport and Technology from the Maritime Academy of Nigeria, Oron (MAN).
Position: Commercial/Marketing Manager
Qualifications: HND, OND
Emem is the commercial and marketing Manager for Seapage. She handles publication and editorial jobs for Seapage. Emem studied Mass Communication at Institute of Management and Technology (IMT) Enugu, Nigeria. She has worked with FHI360/Global Fund as Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Support assisting in Data Validation, report program activities, mediating between the company and the local communities.
She is in charge of editorial boards and overseeing all department publication by developing a budget proposal relating to all publications for Seapage functions. All the articles, layout and design are reviewed by her before final publication. She is the chief editor for Seapage, establishes a system for effective peer review and providing guidelines and submitting manuscript.
She is knowledgeable in evaluating market trends and proffering recommendations to Seapage management, develop tools on business relations and possible adverts for the company services.
